Follow-ups that get a reply

Business problem
Follow-ups written from memory are generic: 'thank you for the call, offer attached'. They don't refer to what was said, don't show listening, don't give a next step. A ghosted client gets 'reminding about my email' instead of new value. The result: silence.
Proven method
Follow-up by stage:
- AFTER DISCOVERY: a meeting recap (what we agreed: problem, needs, next steps) + propose the next step (demo, material) — send within 2-4h (while the memory is fresh),
- AFTER DEMO: a demo summary (what you showed, what interested them), the next step (pricing, a call with the decision maker),
- AFTER OFFER: a reminder with value ('coming back to the offer — [the strongest point]'), a deadline ('if you want to make it before [season/end of quarter]'),
- GHOSTED REACTIVATION (after 2-3 weeks without a reply): NEW value — a case study, another research angle, a change in their company ('I saw that...'), never a pure 'knock knock, did you get the email?'. Rules: every follow-up has 1 CTA, max 80 words, a specific from the call (a quote, a number, an agreement). AI workflow: transcription/notes → AI generates a follow-up (recap + next steps + CTA), reacts to ghosting with new value, reminds about next steps.
Market example
- BAD
- Improvised general pitch lacking buyer context or verified data.
- GOOD
- After discovery with an e-commerce COO AI generates: 'Hi [Name], thanks for the call. In summary: inquiry handling takes you 24h+, it stops working in the season, and the cost is lost orders. We agreed I'll show a demo with email integration and an SLA queue on Wednesday at 11:00. See you there!'. After the demo: 'Thanks — the demo showed the queue and escalations. What was most valuable for you? To prepare the pricing I still need: the number of monthly inquiries and the CEO's decision'. Ghosted after 2 weeks: 'Hey — I thought I'd drop a case: an agency with 200 inquiries/month cut responses from 24h to 2h and recovered ~10% of conversions. A similar scale to yours. I'd be happy to show how it would look at your place specifically.'.

The actual follow-up: max 80 words, 1 CTA (pick: demo/material/answer to a question/pricing) 3. 2 CTA variants (different) 4. If GHOSTED: new value (a case study/another angle/a research trigger) — NOT 'did you get the email' 5. When to send (timing) and what after no reply (the next step) Format: 5 sections.

ALTERNATYWNE SCENARIUSZE
Variations & alternative scenarios
Discovery→demo version: a template with a field for agreements.
Multi-stage deal version: a follow-up after every step (procurement, legal).
Practical exercise
Write a follow-up after your last call (or a fictional one): recap + 1 CTA. Write a reactivation variant for a ghosted lead with NEW value. Write down when you send (timing).
